First seen Mar 03, 2026 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 13 times
Summary
This study tests whether a combination of two anti-nausea drugs (rolapitant and palonosetron) can prevent vomiting and nausea in lung cancer patients undergoing chemoradiotherapy. About 238 adults with lung cancer will receive the drug combo and be monitored for 6 weeks. The goal is to improve comfort during treatment and fill a gap in knowledge about managing these side effects.
