New hope for lung cancer patients: drug combo aims to stop chemo-radiation sickness

Summary

This study tests whether a combination of two anti-nausea drugs (rolapitant and palonosetron) can prevent vomiting and severe nausea in 238 lung cancer patients receiving both chemotherapy and radiation. The goal is to improve comfort during treatment. Participants will be followed for 6 weeks to see how well the drugs work.
