Smart sleeve aims to stop breast cancer arm swelling

Summary
This pilot study tests whether a compression sleeve with a built-in sensor can prevent lymphedema in breast cancer survivors who already have mild arm swelling. About 40 women who had lymph node removal will wear the sleeve to see if it stops the swelling from getting worse. The goal is to find a simple way to avoid a common, long-term side effect of breast cancer treatment.
