Can a video Game-Like rehab stop arthritis after a torn ACL?
NCT ID NCT05363683
Summary
This study tested a new rehabilitation method for people who have recently had ACL knee surgery. It used visual feedback on a screen to help patients relearn how to squat and move more evenly, putting healthy weight on the injured knee. The goal was to see if this early training could protect the knee's cartilage and help prevent the development of painful arthritis years later.
