This study tests whether Stimulan Rapid Cure, a local antibiotic, can reduce infections in women receiving tissue expanders during mastectomy for breast cancer. About 392 participants will be randomly assigned to receive the antibiotic or standard care. The goal is to see if this approach lowers surgical site infections and fluid buildup (seroma) within 90 days after surgery.
