Withdrawn study sought to curb obesity in babies of overweight moms

This study was designed to test whether carefully controlling the amount of breast milk or formula given to babies of overweight mothers could prevent them from becoming obese later in childhood. Researchers planned to enroll mother-infant pairs where the mother had a high BMI. However, the study was withdrawn before any participants were enrolled, so no results are available.
