Summary
This study aims to find affordable ways to stop prediabetes from progressing to full diabetes and reduce heart disease risk in Hispanic adults. Researchers will test four different 6-month drug combinations, including some common diabetes medications, alongside nutritional counseling. The goal is to lower blood sugar, promote weight loss, and understand how these treatments affect the body's metabolism and heart health.
