New study aims to calm kids after eye surgery

Summary
This study tests two different medicines to see which one better prevents confusion and agitation in children after eye surgery with sevoflurane anesthesia. 200 children aged 2-8 will be randomly assigned to receive either dexmedetomidine or a propofol-lidocaine mixture. The goal is to find a safer, more comfortable recovery for young patients.
