Summary

This study aims to understand how doctors decide when to remove breathing tubes from extremely premature babies and why some babies need the tube put back in. Researchers will observe 100 babies born before 28 weeks and record doctors' daily decisions about breathing support during the first two weeks of life. The goal is to learn what factors lead to successful breathing tube removal and better outcomes for these fragile infants.
