New study aims to stop HIV outbreaks by getting clinics to hand out clean needles and prevention pills

Summary
This study tests ways to help outpatient clinics offer sterile injection equipment and daily HIV prevention pills (PrEP) to people who inject drugs. The goal is to reduce the risk of HIV and serious infections from injecting. About 536 participants and clinic staff will take part across multiple sites.
