Veterans' knee recovery boosted by new pre- and Post-Surgery program

Summary

This study tests whether a program of exercises before surgery (prehabilitation) and a week of intense rehab after total knee replacement helps veterans with knee osteoarthritis. Researchers will measure pain, function, and mental health up to one year after surgery. About 80 veterans will take part.
