NCT ID NCT07482098
First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study looks at whether drinking 200 ml of water two hours before a planned C-section changes stomach volume differently in pregnant women with diabetes compared to those without. Researchers will use ultrasound to measure stomach contents before and after drinking. The goal is to improve safety guidelines for fasting before anesthesia.
