First seen Jun 26, 2026 · Last updated Jun 26, 2026

Summary

This study tested whether a multimodal prehabilitation program (exercise, nutrition, and education before surgery) could improve outcomes for 140 women undergoing gynecologic cancer surgery. The program was combined with enhanced recovery after surgery (ERAS) care. Researchers measured complications, pain, and hospital stay length within 30 days after surgery.
