Summary
This study tested whether providing special education to pregnant women and their partners could help them cope with stress as a team. Researchers wanted to see if this training improved the couple's relationship harmony, reduced common pregnancy complaints, and increased overall quality of life. They compared a group that received the training to a group that did not.
