Summary
This study tested whether providing education to pregnant women and their partners helps them better cope with stress as a couple, improves their relationship adjustment, reduces pregnancy complaints, and enhances quality of life. The study included 68 first-time pregnant women and their spouses. The training focused on managing stress together and understanding pregnancy-related changes.
