Summary

This study follows pregnant women who were exposed to elagolix (Orilissa or Oriahnn) for endometriosis or uterine fibroids, along with a comparison group of pregnant women not exposed. The goal is to track pregnancy outcomes, including birth defects and miscarriage. No treatment is given; participants fill out questionnaires during pregnancy and up to one year after delivery.
