Tracking blood clot treatment in pregnancy to improve safety

Summary
This study aims to understand how blood thinners are managed around childbirth in pregnant women with a history of blood clots. Researchers will follow 825 women to track bleeding risks, new clot formation, and patient experiences during delivery and recovery. The goal is to gather better information to help doctors make safer treatment decisions for future patients.
