Summary

This study follows 800 mothers and their babies to see if how much a pregnant woman sits, sleeps, and moves affects her child's weight and heart health up to age 2. Researchers will track activity with monitors and measure baby growth. No treatments are tested—only observation to guide future prevention efforts.
