First seen Jan 30, 2026 · Last updated May 13, 2026 · Updated 13 times

Summary

This study looks at whether tiny particles in the blood, called extracellular vesicles, can help predict how well immunotherapy works for people with advanced lung cancer or melanoma. Researchers will collect blood samples from 378 patients before and during standard treatment. The goal is to find biomarkers that could guide personalized treatment decisions in the future.
