Summary

This study aims to understand and predict which patients get headaches after having a pituitary tumor removed through the nose. Researchers will follow 500 patients after their surgery, tracking their pain and recovery daily to identify risk factors. The goal is to build a tool that can forecast this common complication, potentially helping doctors provide better, more personalized care after surgery.
