New hope for tough breast cancer: matching treatment to tumor type

Summary

This study tests whether giving treatments based on the genetic makeup of a person's triple-negative breast cancer can shrink tumors or slow the disease. It is for people whose cancer has not responded to standard therapies. About 120 women will receive a treatment chosen specifically for their cancer's molecular subtype.
