Summary

This study tests whether a diet tailored to a person's unique metabolism can prevent type 2 diabetes better than standard dietary advice. Researchers will group 240 overweight or obese adults by their metabolic type and give them a personalized 12-month diet plan. The goal is to improve blood sugar control and reduce the risk of developing diabetes.
