This pilot study tests whether a personalized exercise program is practical for 20 adults with stage II or III non-small cell lung cancer who are about to start treatment. Participants will follow the Precise Exercise Regimen for Cancer Care (PERCC) program before and after their cancer therapy. The main goal is to see if people can attend at least 80% of the prescribed exercise sessions.
