Summary

This study looks at whether giving prebiotics (a type of fiber) to 3-5 year olds who don't eat enough fiber can improve their thinking, emotions, sleep, and gut health. About 106 children will take a prebiotic or a placebo daily for several weeks. Parents will report on their child's behavior and emotions, and researchers will check gut bacteria.
