Summary
This study tests a smartphone app designed to help people prepare for heart surgery through exercise, nutrition tips, and telehealth check-ins. About 40 adults awaiting surgery will either use the app or receive standard care. Researchers want to see if the app is easy to use, acceptable, and whether it leads to better recovery outcomes.
