First seen Oct 31, 2025 · Last updated May 05, 2026 · Updated 22 times

Summary

This study tests whether giving focused radiation before surgery for brain metastases works better than giving it after surgery. The goal is to reduce the chance of cancer spreading in the brain lining and improve local control. About 180 adults with brain metastases will be randomly assigned to one of the two timing approaches.
