Summary

This study aims to find people at risk for developing blood cancers and bone marrow failure syndromes before they get sick. Researchers will use advanced genetic testing on blood, bone marrow, and saliva samples from up to 2,000 participants. The goal is to identify early warning signs so doctors can monitor at-risk individuals and potentially intervene sooner.
