Summary

This study tests an oral drug called povorcitinib in 40 adolescents aged 12 to 17 with moderate to severe hidradenitis suppurativa (HS), a chronic skin condition causing painful boils and tunnels. Over 54 weeks, researchers will check the drug's safety, how the body processes it, and whether it reduces skin abscesses and inflammation. Participants must have at least 5 active skin lesions and have not responded well to other treatments.
