First seen Nov 17, 2025 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 22 times

Summary

This study looks at whether eating white potatoes at breakfast or dinner changes how your body handles blood sugar, how full you feel, and how many calories you eat later. Researchers will track 30 healthy adults using a continuous glucose monitor and measure their food intake at a lunch meal. The goal is to see if potatoes can be a smart choice for appetite control depending on when you eat them.
