NCT ID NCT07403175
First seen Jun 24, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026 · Updated 1 time
Summary
This study tested whether combining posture correction exercises with a gentle neck mobilization technique called SNAGs could reduce migraine severity, disability, and improve quality of life. Forty-four adults with episodic migraine participated. The approach is non-drug and focuses on physical therapy, aiming to provide an alternative or add-on to standard migraine treatments.
What this could mean
Our plain-language read of the trial. This is informational only — not medical advice or a prediction.
Active substance
Sustained Natural Apophyseal Glides (SNAGs) plus postural correction exercises
What this could lead to
If it works, this could offer a non-drug, hands-on therapy option to ease migraine symptoms and improve daily function.
What could go wrong
This is a small, completed trial with only 44 participants, so results may not apply to everyone. It tested a physical therapy technique, not a cure, and benefits may be modest.
