Summary

This study compares two types of shoulder exercises—scapular posterior tilt exercises and cross-body stretching—to see which better improves breastfeeding efficiency, latch quality, and posture in postpartum women with rounded shoulders. Thirty-four women who have had a C-section and are between 2 weeks and 6 months postpartum will participate. Each group will do their assigned exercises for 20-30 minutes, three times a week, for six weeks.
