This study compares two exercise programs for women 6-12 weeks after a normal vaginal delivery. One program uses lumbopelvic stabilization exercises that gradually increase abdominal pressure, while the other uses hypopressive exercises that avoid pressure. The goal is to see which approach better improves pelvic floor recovery and quality of life, helping women return safely to daily activities and sports.
