NCT ID NCT07593183

First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This study tests whether doing back exercises at home via video calls works as well as going to a clinic for new mothers with low back pain. 38 women who are 6 weeks to 12 months after giving birth will be randomly assigned to either in-person or remote exercise sessions for 6 weeks. The goal is to see if telerehabilitation can reduce pain, disability, and the curve of the lower spine just as effectively as on-site care.
