Summary
This study looks at whether giving extra radiation to the internal mammary lymph nodes after mastectomy can help prevent breast cancer from coming back. It involves 2,400 high-risk patients who have had surgery. The goal is to see if this additional treatment improves how long patients live without the disease returning.
