NCT ID NCT07485296
First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study tests whether a postbiotic supplement (Postbiotix-HLA™) can reduce immune-related side effects in 45 people with recurrent or metastatic head and neck cancer who are receiving the immunotherapy drug pembrolizumab. Participants will take either the supplement or a placebo for 4 cycles. The goal is to see if the supplement changes gut and mouth bacteria and helps the immune system handle treatment better.
