Summary
This study looks at whether stopping overnight neurological checks in stroke patients can help prevent delirium, a common and serious complication. Researchers will compare patients who continue standard overnight checks with those who have them stopped, measuring rates of delirium and hospital stay length. The goal is to see if reducing sleep disruption improves recovery without increasing risk.
