Summary
This study tests whether ice cubes, mouthwash, or menthol lozenges can help reduce nausea and thirst and improve comfort in 128 adults after spine surgery. Participants will be randomly assigned to one of the three methods, and their symptoms will be measured using simple scales. The goal is to find a safe, easy, and drug-free way to improve recovery.
