Summary
This study looked at 319 adults with severe lung failure (ARDS) who were placed face-down to help them breathe. Researchers wanted to see if feeding through a tube placed past the stomach (post-pyloric) caused fewer stomach problems than standard feeding. The goal was to find the best way to give nutrition without causing intolerance.
