Simple exercises may ease long COVID symptoms, new study hopes to prove

Summary

This study tests whether combining core stabilization exercises with special breathing training can improve muscle strength, endurance, and quality of life in people with Post-COVID syndrome. Forty adults aged 18-65 will do supervised exercises three times a week for 8 weeks. Researchers will measure breathing power, trunk endurance, balance, fatigue, and mood before and after the program.
