Blood platelets could reveal preeclampsia risk early in pregnancy

Summary
This study is observing 66 pregnant women at high risk for preeclampsia to see if changes in their platelets (blood cells involved in clotting) can predict pregnancy complications. Researchers will collect blood samples before and after starting daily low-dose aspirin. The goal is to better understand how aspirin affects platelets and whether these changes are linked to poor pregnancy outcomes.
