This study compares two treatments for patellofemoral pain syndrome (knee pain): releasing the popliteus muscle versus applying kinesio tape. About 48 adults aged 18-30 with at least 3 months of knee pain will be enrolled. The goal is to see which approach better reduces pain, improves function, balance, and leg strength.
