Summary
This study compares two treatments for patellofemoral pain syndrome (front knee pain): releasing a small muscle behind the knee (popliteus) versus applying kinesio tape. The goal is to see which better reduces pain, improves function, balance, and leg strength. The study will include 48 people aged 18-30 who have had knee pain for at least 3 months.
