This Phase II trial will test a combination of pomalidomide, an anti-CD20 antibody, and prednisone as a first treatment for people with indolent (slow-growing) B-cell lymphomas. About 30 adults who have not had prior therapy will receive six cycles of the combo, followed by two years of maintenance.
