Summary

This study tests whether a single dose of a polyphenol supplement (Vinitrox™) can improve blood vessel function and exercise performance in healthy adults during moderate exercise in low-oxygen conditions (simulating altitude). 38 recreationally active volunteers will take either the supplement or a placebo and undergo exercise tests. The goal is to see if the supplement helps blood vessels widen and improves exercise markers.
