First seen Apr 12, 2026 · Last updated Apr 25, 2026 · Updated 2 times
Summary
This study looks at whether a single dose of a polyphenol supplement (Vinitrox™) can improve blood vessel function and exercise performance in healthy, active adults during moderate exercise in low-oxygen conditions (simulating high altitude). 38 volunteers will be randomly assigned to receive the supplement or a placebo. The main goal is to see if the supplement helps blood vessels widen more effectively, which could aid performance and recovery.
