Police COVID risk revealed: Year-Long antibody tracking study

NCT ID NCT04643444

Summary

This study aimed to understand how many police officers in Bern, Switzerland, had been infected with COVID-19 and what factors increased their risk. Researchers followed over 1,000 officers for a full year, testing their blood for antibodies to see who had been exposed to the virus. They also looked at whether officers working in the field or in the city had different infection rates compared to those in offices or rural areas.
