New drug cocktail aims to stall deadly pancreatic cancer

Summary
This study tests whether combining two drugs, pembrolizumab and olaparib, can help people with a specific type of advanced pancreatic cancer keep their disease from growing. The trial includes 63 adults whose cancer has a genetic flaw called HRD or has responded well to platinum chemotherapy. The goal is to see if the combo works better than olaparib alone as a long-term maintenance treatment.
