Summary
This study tests whether combining two drugs, pembrolizumab (which helps the immune system fight cancer) and olaparib (which stops cancer cells from repairing themselves), can help people with metastatic pancreatic cancer that has a specific genetic feature or has responded well to platinum chemotherapy. The trial enrolls 63 adults whose disease is stable or improving on current platinum treatment. The goal is to see if this combination works better than olaparib alone in keeping the cancer from growing.
