Summary
This study tests whether listening to educational podcasts can reduce intense fear of childbirth in couples. About 50 pregnant women and their partners will be randomly assigned to receive podcast training or standard care. The goal is to lower anxiety, improve emotional well-being, and strengthen partner support during pregnancy and after birth.
