Summary

This study tests whether adding pentoxifylline and vitamin E to standard cancer treatment can prevent lung injury (pneumonitis) in 150 adults with stage III non-small cell lung cancer. Participants will receive the drugs alongside chemoradiation and immunotherapy. The goal is to reduce side effects and improve quality of life without affecting cancer control.
