Summary
This study tests an experimental oral drug called PMD-026 in people with metastatic breast cancer that has spread and is no longer curable. The drug targets a protein called RSK2 found in some tumors. The trial will check safety and how well the drug works alone or with another hormone therapy (fulvestrant). About 61 participants will be enrolled.
