This study tests whether injecting a diluted hydrogen peroxide solution or steroids into the chest can break up scar tissue and free a trapped lung, compared to a standard surgical scraping procedure (thoracoscopy). The trial enrolls adults aged 18-62 with a lung infection that has caused fluid pockets and adhesions. Success is measured by a combined score of lung expansion, diaphragm movement, and fluid drainage one week after treatment.
