This study looked at whether routine screening tests for prostate, lung, colorectal, and ovarian cancers can lower the number of deaths from these diseases. Over 154,000 people aged 55-74 took part. Researchers compared those who got screened with those who received usual care to see if early detection leads to better outcomes.
